World Harvest Bible College

World Harvest Bible College, affiliate of the world-wide ministry of Pastor Rod Parsley, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Academic Dean that desires to use their talent to impact the world. World Harvest Bible College, also known as "The School of the Spirit", is a premier academic institution where students from all 50 states and over 30 nations come to be equipped as vessels for the end-time revival. World Harvest Bible College is unlike most schools of its kind, offering practical, hands on training and impartation for ministry combined with well rounded academics.

Academic Dean

This Academic Dean opening is a full-time, 40 hour a week position within the college. The tasks comprising the position are innovative, diverse and systematic in scope with far reaching results. The ideal candidate must have a successful and verifiable work history of at least 5-7 years as a lead educator or academic dean.

Description:

• Serve as lead Administrator for planning, budgeting, scheduling, personnel matters, curriculum, instruction, development and other academic matters
• Develop and implement academic policies and programs for the college
• Provide curricular leadership in relation to College-wide goals by initiating, sustaining, delivering, or eliminating academic programs and school core curricula in accordance with strategic planning goals
• Develop new curriculum and review and revise curriculum with administrator and faculty, considering student needs and available resources
• Supervise program reviews, ensure successful accreditation, and facilitate activities to seamlessly integrate program goals with overall college goals
• Advise on personnel matters within the college partnering with the Human Resources Office of World Harvest Church
• Determine scheduling of courses - recommending implementation of new additional courses
• Participate in activities of faculty committees and in the development of the complete academic budget
• Advise President of the college and Director of Administration & Academic Affairs on all academic matters
• Serve as liaison officer with accrediting agencies which evaluate academic programs
• Prepare reports, plans, analyses to document and advance initiatives and future developments
• Actively represent the college to students, parents, ministries, churches, professional organizations, business and industry and other relevant constituencies

Qualifications:

• PhD preferred in education.
• Five to seven years of verifiable experience as an Academic Dean.
• Detail oriented with a strong aptitude in creating appropriate priorities for work assignments and accomplishing time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Excellent verbal, communication and decision making skills.

Harvest Preparatory School

Substitute Teachers (K-12)

• Substitute teaching positions require Ohio teacher certification or ability to acquire.

Bus Drivers

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3-5 years of a verifiable employment history
• Valid Ohio drivers license and CDL license with a good driving record and be insurable
• First Aid/CPR certified a plus
• Willing to work any day of the week including weekends
• Must conduct a FBI and BCI background check

TV/VIDEO EDITOR

Breakthrough Television, a division of World Harvest Church has an opportunity for an experienced Television / Video editor. We are moving to a full digital environment so the future will be state-of-the-art equipment before the end of the year.

Relevant experience in both short-form and long-form video programs is required. Three to five years major market experience with a non-linear edit platform is required. Breakthrough Television utilizes a new Avid Lanshare Unity shared storage system, operating on Avid Adrenaline platforms, with support from After Effects, Deko, Photoshop, and Avid plug-ins. Experience with DVCPRO and Digibeta desired. Prefer AVID experience, but FCP accepted.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in television production and post-production
• Ability to interact with other staff members in a clear and concise manner
• Thrive in a challenge and exciting environment
• 5 – 7 years relevant overall editing experience
• Advanced knowledge of detailed television/video editing
• Proven track record of sound decision making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The chosen candidate is expected to become an active member of the World Harvest Church family and relocate to the central Ohio area. Experience is necessary. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and various shifts as needed. No beginners or show stackers.
